Marian F. Sabety, President and CEO
Marian has launched emerging technology programs in the telecommunications and Internet industry for over 25 years. She brings extensive experience in executive program management and systems integration from executive positions at AT&T, WorldCom, Sprint, Cap Gemini, American Management Systems, Stanford Research Institute (SRI), and SAIC. She founded Flywheel Group, as a systems integration firm in 2000, focused on industry-impacting web-based programs, including AIA, AHA, AAHP, and Pfizer. She developed a commercial social networking application that enabled free calling between members 1 year prior to Facebook's commercial launch. Marian has led projects that included streaming video entertainment for marquee clients, including the Allman Brothers and William Shatner. Marian served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Wyndstorm, a streaming media firm. In that capacity, she successfully raised over $2M in funding, at a time when the capital markets were imploding. Marian operates at the Board level.

Lee Hamilton, Chief Technology Officer 
Lee
provides technical, operational, and strategic leadership for new
communications, streaming media, and mobile ventures. As CTO of Wyndstorm Lee
lead the launch of new streaming media programs utilizing Over The Top (OTT)
direct web distribution of content to consumers. Previously as Technology
Director for the wireless and networking practice at Stanford Research
Institute’s venture group Lee lead the launch new web, wireless and network
ventures and also created deployment/ROI models of new broadband wireless data
services for large telecommunications and infrastructure clients like Sprint,
Motorola and Intel. Prior to SRI Lee was
on the technical and marketing team at Ricochet to launch the first nationwide
mobile wireless ISP network. Prior to Ricochet Lee was project manager for the
joint venture between Pixar and Phillips Medical to develop the world’s first
3D visualization system to animate human
anatomy. Lee was also a lead developer at Siemens developing next generation 3D
medical imaging systems and was lead developer at Sandia National Labs for the
first interactive 3D system for visualizing molecular phenomena deployed by the
DOE. Lee remains active advising the Silicon Valley venture community to assess
intellectual property and develop business plans for venture launch, has experience in capital market fund-raising, and can operate comfortably at the Board level.
